Split Second Racing can provide on-line registration for your event at no charge to the event. This allows Split Second Racing to access and process data to ensure data is comprehensive.

Mile Marker Clocks

Split Second Racing has clocks available for mile markers on your course.

On-Site Results

Split Second Racing can provide printed results starting at 15 minutes from first finisher. Split Second racing can also provide split times at different locations along the course or for triathlons. Also, Split Second Racing will provide complete results for Awards Ceremonies and Officials at the conclusion of the event.

On-Line Results Hosting

Split Second Racing will post results on the web the evening of the race. Splits within 24 hours.

Post Event Results Support

Split Second Racing will manage questions and issues directly for a standard period of time after your event.

Announcer Support

Split Second Racing can provide an announcer package so that finishers names can be announced as they cross the finish.

Ipico Sports Equiptment (Chip Timing)

Split Second Racing uses a chip system (both shoe tag and now disposable BIB Tag) provided by IPICO Sports. IPICO Sports is a global company whose customers include major events worldwide such as the USA National Cross-Country Championships and World Cross-Country Team Trials in February 2007, and the 48,000-person Bolder BOULDER and the most recent USA Olympic Marathon trials in Houston, Texas, January 14, 2012.

The IPICO IP-X™ Dual Frequency RFID platform overcomes the limitations experienced by conventional Reader-Talk-First protocols in these environments. We combine two technologies—Dual Frequency (DF ) and the IP-X RFID air interface with passive tags—to create an unmatched low cost offering in the timekeeping market.

The benefits:

• DF can read tags in very high moisture environments. Because sports and moisture go hand in hand—either as part of the sporting event or simply in the human body—removing this obstacle is essential.
