For Triathlon and Duathlon Events

  • Promote the race via Race Forum magazine and online. Includes two issue full page color ads, Web banner two months, email blast banner 2 months ($940 value). Additional promotional items may be purchase for added exposure at an additional price. (Special placements, cover spots, Highlighted event on E-News) See examples here, bottom of page.

  • Professional finish line with arch.

  • Cones for marking near and around transition area and finish line (up to 60 cones) Cones not available to entire bike or run course.

  • Race day set up of course, directional signs and mile markers all signs included.

  • Bike Racks, buoys included. Lifeguards not included.

  • Up to 6 tables available for registration, water stop and or refreshments.

  • Coolers for up to 100 gallons water will be provided. Races needing more than 100 gallons will need to provide containers. Water not included, water source needed. Cups are not included.

  • Supervise race day registration with the help of volunteers.

  • Manage Swim, Bike and Run course safety and directional volunteers.

  • Provide all tables signs and cones, buoys, bike racks ( up to 750 participants)needed for race staging area. If a large number of cones are needed on race course, an outside source of cones might be needed.

  • Monitor and organize finish line.

  • Set up and Pick up and clean up race course and facilities with the help of volunteers.

  • Volunteers needed based on the course layout and number of participants to be provided by race. Most events need a minimum of 50-75 volunteers

  • All permits and insurance to be secured by race, but can be added at a small price. Extras and other rental items available at a minimal price


Total price is $4500 base price plus $14.00 per registered runner. This price includes all of the above plus computerized chip timing with live results. Gun Start, Swim In/Run Out, BikeOut/Bike In and finish locations. Additional timing points $325 extra per point.

 

A 15% discount off total race management package is available for races that use our Online Registration services with fundraising through Race Forum exclusively.

SSR will not be responsible for police costs, lifeguard costs or any other outside costs of hiring safety, first aid or volunteer groups if needed. SSR will not provide transition area barricades needed for security.
